Oviva is seeking a Content Editor with the key objectives of driving growth, improving user engagement and user experience. They will be working together with our clinical leads, product designers and product managers in order to create engaging and targeted educational content for our end users.

Job requirements

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and publish patient-friendly content together with our clinical and product teams

  • Collaborate with illustrators and designers in order to create a holistic experience for our end users

  • Come up with plans for content creation and own content through all stages of production, including development and review.

  • Manage internal stakeholders and deliver according to timelines and priorities

  • Execute against company-wide objectives with KPIs - minutes spent on content platform (Oviva Learn), retention, coaching time spent per patient, patient net promoter score (NPS) and lifetime value (LTV).

  • Share best practices and detailed analyses of content performance, enabling us to implement changes accordingly

  • Reduce coaching time needed per programme (by delivering key messages / skills via digital content and inspiring healthy behaviour)

The Ideal Candidate

  • Health or medical writer / journalist background

  • Ability to write professionally in English and/or German and/or French at native-speaker level are a big plus

  • Structured approach to content processes and strong attention to detail

  • Highly analytical and well organised

  • Ability to operate and deliver under pressure, within tight deadlines and in a dynamic environment

  • Experience in briefing and managing agencies, freelancers and/or designers and ensuring quality of deliverables

  • Strong project-planning and -management skills

  • Sound editorial judgement; ability to distil and understand new information quickly

  • Strong verbal/written communicator

  • A big plus: Degree-level qualification in nutrition
