We do this by:


 Creating unique digitally-enabled treatment programmes for patients, delivered by dietitians supported

by a multi-disciplinary team of psychologists, psychological wellbeing practitioners, specialist nurses,

registered nutritionists, health coaches and activity experts.

 Offering patients access to expert advice in a time and place of their choosing, via our NHS Digital

approved Oviva smartphone app, online Learn portal (with tailored video, audio and text content) or

over the phone.

Our services are delivered in partnership with the NHS, supporting access, quality and efficiency

improvements. We work with over half of the NHS regions in England (called Sustainability and

Transformation Partnerships), are the largest digital provider in the NHS England Diabetes Prevention

Programme, and were selected for the NHS England Innovation Accelerator. Beyond the UK we also operate

in Switzerland, Germany, and France. Importantly, we are backed by Europe’s leading venture funds (a new

announcement on which is coming in January 2020), helping us scale further and faster than our competition.

Job requirements

The Role


We are looking for an experienced and talented marketing professional to be accountable for defining and

implementing Oviva’s marketing and communications strategy across our B2B channels (NHS commissioners

& clinicians) and our B2B2C channels (via doctors to patients).

This is an exciting opportunity for a versatile, creative and ambitious individual as you will be driving our

marketing and communications strategy at a pivotal time, supporting us to rapidly scale (>2x/year). If you love

driving rapid customer growth through strategic-analytical thinking and have demonstrable success in

B2B/B2B2C, such as a pharma/OTC/medical nutrition product/brand manager, then then this is the role for

you.

Main Responsibilities


 Design and implement our B2B and B2B2C marketing and communications strategy

 Support market segmentation and lead generation activities alongside our sales team

 Accountable for the development of our marketing assets and collateral for our NHS partners

(commissioners, clinicians and patients), including pitch decks and case studies

 Own and refine our B2B and B2B2C Customer Acquisition costs across digital (email, online) and

print channels (leaflets, posters)

 Build our brand in the UK/NHS, for example through our Advisory Board, shared learning days with

our NHS partners, thought leadership and our social media accounts

 Line management, coaching and development of our Marketing & Content Manager

The Ideal Candidate


 5 years minimum proven success in marketing, ideally with experience in B2B and B2B2C in
healthcare, for example as a pharma, medical nutrition or OTC Product or Brand Manager
 Experience operating successfully at a senior level with a high level of autonomy
 Experience establishing a new marketing team is ideal but not essential
 Success in defining a marketing strategy and driving implementation, with ability to clearly define
impacts on customer acquisition costs over time
 2 years minimum line management experience
 A self-starter, always looking for new opportunities to improve our approach
 A practical delivery-focused individual, comfortable switching between strategic thinking to hands-on
delivery of new materials
 Enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
