To further scale our growing business, we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner.
As part of our new and growing Talent Acquisition team, you will be supporting our TA team with sourcing activities as well as being the first point of contact for the end-to-end recruitment process within Oviva Germany and Switzerland. You will be helping us to identify the next generation of talent ensuring we provide the best candidate experience.
You will work closely with hiring managers across commercial and clinical functions. You will be responsible for identifying talent needs, driving candidate attraction and providing advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on the newly implemented Oviva Best Hiring practice.
Supporting EU hiring with a focus on Germany and Switzerland.
Owning the full 360 hiring process from job requisition to offer stage.
Directly sourcing candidates through innovative and appropriate channels.
Creating candidate pipelines for in demand talent.
Guiding and supporting hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Assist in writing job descriptions, advertisements and utilise our applicant tracking system / job boards effectively.
Build strong partnerships with the business and candidates to drive stakeholder and candidate satisfaction.
Supporting the Programme Manager on global and country specific projects.
What are we looking for you to bring
International / multilingual environment experience.
Excellent English and German skills (oral and written) with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
In-house or agency recruitment experience.
Direct candidate sourcing experience via various online channels including job boards, LinkedIn and social media.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously and effectively.
Sound knowledge and understanding of employment law and recruitment best practice.
Experience of creating candidate attraction strategies.
