We have all knowledge in-house and will provide training for your continued development. Our Engineering team is made up of full stack developers, software engineers and data engineers.   • You can investigate and analyze complex systems and track down issues

  • You have an understanding how web applications and mobile apps work

Job requirements

What are we looking for you to bring

  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptable, proactive and willing to take ownership

  • Experience in managing tech support backlog

  • Strong communication skills (Fluent English required, Fluent German preferred)

  • Experience interacting with customers

  • General understanding of technology, specifically web applications

  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and SQL to query databases and run analyses

  • Experience in Stakeholder management and project management
