Job requirements
The Role:
The Marketing Lead (B2B & Content) is a pivotal role responsible for shaping and executing our UK content marketing strategy to enhance brand presence and awareness. This role involves leading and managing marketing initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with Oviva’s goals. This role is essential in driving our marketing efforts B2B and making a significant impact within the NHS and future partners of Oviva. You will lead the creation and delivery of content to GP’s, NHS practices, and clinicians nationwide.
Working closely with our Global growth marketing team you will be working in a fast-paced environment focussed as the UK expert.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership
Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our mission and goals.
Enhance brand presence and engage healthcare professionals (specifically GP’s and Practice Managers)
Engagement Initiatives
Increase platform awareness and utilisation among healthcare professionals (utilising CRM tools where appropriate)
Promote Oviva’s journey and objectives.
Brand Awareness
Drive brand awareness initiatives and maintain consistent messaging.
Promote Oviva to the NHS, GP practices and other companies.
Content Creation
Develop a content strategy and deliver identified components
Manage brand assets and curate compelling content.
Initiative Management
Lead and manage content marketing initiatives to meet KPIs and OKRs.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Provide marketing insights and coordinate with cross-functional teams. (Partnerships, Bids and Account Management etc)
Campaign Planning
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Monitor and optimise campaign performance.
Budget Management
Recommend and manage marketing budgets.
Ensure budget adherence and recommend adjustments as needed.
Performance Tracking
Monitor and analyse marketing performance to refine strategies.
Line Management
Oversee and mentor the marketing team to align with strategic goals.
Support the continued professional development of the Marketing Team.
Key skills:
Essential:
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Expertise in content creation
Proficient in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools for tracking and measuring performance.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Desirable:
Strong understanding of the NHS and its digital transformation initiatives.
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B marketing and content strategy, preferably within the healthcare sector.
