Role Overview
As a Primary Care Engagement Manager at Oviva, you'll be at the forefront of driving collaboration with primary care providers, ensuring that more patients benefit from our innovative programmes.
You'll engage with General Practitioners (GPs), practice staff, and wider primary care networks to raise awareness of Oviva’s offerings and increase referral numbers. Your ability to build lasting relationships, host engaging events, and develop strategic initiatives will directly support our mission to deliver effective digital care to more people.
Your Responsibilities:
Cultivate meaningful relationships with GPs, practice staff, and key stakeholders.
Drive patient referral growth through strategic engagement and outreach activities.
Organise and deliver high-impact face-to-face and virtual events in collaboration with our Marketing team.
Promote Oviva’s services at local and national healthcare events.
Coordinate communications and campaigns to increase brand and programme awareness within primary care.
Identify new opportunities for growth and integration with healthcare providers.
Strategically position the service through targeted communications to diverse stakeholders.
Job requirements
Your Profile:
Results-driven with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Confident communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
Collaborative team player, passionate about improving healthcare
Willing to travel within the region for meetings and events
