The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior CRM Manager to join our Product team. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing our patient engagement through strategic CRM journeys across the Swiss market.
Reporting to the Head of CRM, you will partner closely with our Swiss market team, product managers, and engineers. Your goal: shape and refine automated onboarding and retention experiences via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver end-to-end CRM campaigns and journey automations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM strategies align with business needs and patient insights.
Utilise multiple data sources to create dynamic, personalised campaigns.
Monitor, analyse, and report on CRM effectiveness using tools like Google BigQuery and DataStudio.
Continuously optimise data integration and CRM setup in partnership with the engineering team.
Job requirements
About You
You thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and have a knack for solving complex problems with smart, user-focused solutions. You are driven by results, embrace feedback, and foster collaborative success.
At least 3 years’ experience in CRM or marketing automation.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
Proficiency in SQL and tools for data visualisation and campaign analysis.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in German (min. B2) and English.
A proactive, analytical, and customer-centric mindset.
