To support our exciting growth, we are recruiting for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic Finance & BI team. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact by driving cost and cash efficiency while supporting commercial FP&A initiatives.

The Role

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you’ll collaborate with senior leaders, shape financial strategies, and ensure data and insights power every decision we make.

  • Deliver precise and timely financial reports to drive smarter decision-making.

  • Dive into ad-hoc analyses to uncover opportunities and create practical, actionable solutions for closing performance gaps.

  • Revolutionize performance management with best-in-class tools and frameworks.

  • Shape and improve financial reporting structures for maximum clarity and efficiency.

  • Drive strategy by optimizing key financial and non-financial KPIs.

  • Play a pivotal role in business planning and forecasting to set the course for our future.

Job requirements

About You

  • At least 6 years of experience in FP&A or as a financial controller.

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Finance.

  • Mastery of BigQuery/SQL, with a working knowledge of ERP systems.

  • A mindset of excellence, humility, and drive, paired with excellent communication skills in English.
