As a Senior Salesforce Engineer at Oviva, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and evolving our Salesforce platform, ensuring it drives operational efficiency and enhances user experiences for both our internal teams and patients. Working in close collaboration with product managers, operations teams, and engineers, you will help shape and implement our Salesforce roadmap, supporting our mission to make high-quality healthcare more accessible.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions (Flows, APEX, Lightning Components) aligned with business needs.

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems to enhance efficiency and data reliability.

• Drive best practices in automation, DevOps, and CI/CD to optimize release processes.

• Ensure system reliability and security through robust testing and monitoring.

• Collaborate across departments to align Salesforce initiatives with company objectives.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud development (Flows, APEX, Lightning Components, SOQL, Visualforce).

• Strong expertise in integrating Salesforce with external platforms via REST/SOAP APIs.

• Proficiency in Salesforce security and best practices, ensuring compliance and scalability.

• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable solutions.

• Experience with continuous delivery, DevOps, and release automation (SFDX CLI, GitHub, CI/CD).
