Then Oviva is the right place for you!

Why Oviva?

To build a healthier future for all, our mission is to provide the most accessible and effective care to people living with weight-related conditions. By blending behaviour change therapy with our unique technology and an incredible team of passionate employees, we are creating affordable and accessible app-based healthcare programs to tackle conditions such as obesity and type 2 Diabetes.

We are an award-winning and largest digital health provider in Europe. We are rapidly expanding across the UK, Switzerland, Germany and now Poland. To support our rapidly growing business, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Director of Growth Product Management.

The Role

The Director of Growth Product Management is a pivotal leadership role, owning the vision, strategy, and execution of Oviva’s pre-treatment patient acquisition journey. Acting as a strategic bridge between Marketing and the core (Treatment) Product, you will ensure a seamless and exceptional patient experience - from initial interest, to lead registration through to prescription and onboarding. We are looking for someone who has a strong conversion rate optimisation background (either through UX, tech improvements, or content marketing), coming up with out-of-the-box solutions for higher engagement that help convince future patients that Oviva is the right weight loss solution for them.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead Capture & Conversion Strategy: Define, measure, and manage key metrics and performance targets, working closely with the marketing teams to optimise the land to lead experience and with market operational teams to optimize the prescription process for conversion and efficiency. Develop a growth model, set budget targets, and forecast performance.

  • Patient Journey Vision & Strategy: Set the vision and act as the strategic leader for the end-to-end patient acquisition journey prior to treatment. Further advance our analytics infrastructure, and generate insights to deeply understand patient behaviour, improve experiences, and increase operational efficiency.

  • Conversion Optimization & Nurturing: Identify, test, and scale impactful improvements at critical conversion points (especially lead capture surveys).

  • Cross-Functional Team Development & Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing Growth Product team, fostering an environment of innovation, thought leadership, and continuous learning.

  • Strategic Collaboration & Alignment: Closely collaborate with Growth Marketing, Commercial Leadership, Operations, and broader cross-functional teams.

Track record of delivering sustained growth over an extended time period, combining continuous optimizations and new approaches to break through ceilings.

  • Experience working in a commercial setting: Experience partnering with senior marketing and general management stakeholders, using KPIs, reporting, and reviews as key tools to rally stakeholders and teams and drive outcomes.

  • Analytical Skills: Expert in analytics, using multiple data sources and running deep analyses to identify opportunities and define the right KPIs.

  • Collaboration & Leadership: Highly collaborative, leading with vision and influence to drive strategic initiatives across multiple teams and functions. Experience managing and coaching direct reports.

  • Language skills: You speak German and English fluently (we work mainly in English, but the position is focused on German-speaking digital therapeutics)
