We are looking for a Head of Account Management to lead and support our Account and Service Engagement team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you will manage and nurture key accounts and drive growth.


The Role

  • Lead and support the Account and Service Engagement team in managing and developing existing accounts.

  • Ensure the team meets diverse contractual requirements across various regions.

  • Oversee the success of NHS contracts, ensuring services are delivered effectively and patients are engaged.

  • Act as the senior point of contact for all existing customers and manage two of our major accounts.

  • Collaborate with the Partnerships team to negotiate and review contract variations.

  • Drive organisational growth and profitability through effective contract delivery, account expansion, and upselling services.

  • Partner with UK functions to ensure business success and cross-functional alignment.

  • Track and report progress towards referral and revenue targets.

Job requirements

About You

  • Proven experience in senior roles within Account Management in Healthcare.

  • Strong understanding of NHS, public, and private healthcare landscapes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute successful plans.

  • Confident in leading conversations with stakeholders and providing feedback.

  • Proficient in using data insights to drive decision-making.

  • Proactive leader with a proven track record of driving team success.
