Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Accounts Lead to play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth, shaping high-value partnerships, and optimising service delivery across our key accounts.

This is a high-impact, commercially-focused role where you’ll manage NHS and private sector partnerships, lead complex contract negotiations, and directly influence our strategic positioning. You'll translate complex data into compelling insights, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent Oviva at senior stakeholder and industry levels.

If you're commercially savvy, passionate about healthcare innovation, and ready to operate with autonomy - this is your opportunity.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow key NHS and private sector accounts.

  • Lead high-value contract negotiations, renewals, and service expansions.

  • Develop data-driven insights to support strategic decisions and demonstrate impact.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with BI, Clinical, Product, and Marketing teams.

  • Represent Oviva at commissioner meetings, events, and industry forums, reinforcing brand positioning.

  • Ensure contracts meet financial, operational, and compliance standards.

  • Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.

  • Champion a customer-first approach and drive continuous service improvement.

Job requirements

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in high-level account management, commercial strategy, or business development in healthcare.

  • Track record of complex contract negotiation and stakeholder relationship management.

  • Strong knowledge of NHS commissioning, frameworks, and healthcare policy.

  • Ability to derive insights from data and translate them into strategic action.

  • Exceptional communication and commercial acumen, with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems with resilience.

What We Offer

  • A chance to shape the future of digital healthcare at scale.

  • Exciting and meaningful work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

  • Ongoing training and development support.

  • Flexible and remote working options to suit your lifestyle.

  • Home working allowance and competitive salary.

  • Enhanced maternity, paternity & adoption leave.
