To support our exciting growth, we are recruiting a Senior CRM Manager. This role plays an essential part in implementing and improving automated processes for lead generation and conversion. Our CRM technology stack is based on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud, both of which are closely integrated into our core digital products.
The Role
Create Impactful Journeys: Develop automated campaigns that connect with our users at the right time, every time.
Data-Driven Storytelling: Leverage multiple data sources to craft highly personalised messaging strategies.
Collaborate for Innovation: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to continuously elevate our CRM capabilities.
Measure What Matters: Build and maintain dashboards that illuminate success and highlight opportunities for optimisation.
Stay Ahead: Champion the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud updates, tools, and best practices to keep us on the cutting edge.
Job requirements
About You
At least 3 years of experience in CRM and marketing automation, with a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns.
Experience using marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or Braze – you know your way around automation, segmentation, and personalisation.
Strong data skills – experience working with SQL, Google BigQuery, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio.
A strategic mindset – you don’t just run campaigns; you optimise and scale them based on insights.
Excellent communication (German and English, minimum B2) and stakeholder management skills – you can work across teams and bring ideas to life.
