To support our growth and help take our patient engagement to the next level, we are recruiting a CRM Manager with a passion for innovation, data and making a real impact to join us.
Key Responsibilities
Automate & Optimise – Design, implement, and refine patient engagement journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring seamless and effective communication at scale.
Integrate & Analyse – Work with multiple data sources to create highly personalised campaigns, using SQL and relational databases to refine targeting and effectiveness.
Collaborate & Innovate – Partner with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to enhance CRM performance, improve data quality, and integrate insights into our core digital products.
Measure & Improve – Build dashboards and reports to track, analyse, and optimise CRM and marketing automation strategies, ensuring continuous improvement.
Stay Ahead – Keep up with new Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, trends, and best practices, sharing insights with the team and identifying opportunities for innovation.
Job requirements
About You
At least 2 years of experience in CRM and marketing automation, with a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns.
Strong data skills - experience working with SQL, Google BigQuery, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio.
A strategic mindset - you don’t just run campaigns, you optimise and scale them based on insights.
Excellent communication & stakeholder management - you can work across teams and bring ideas to life.
An empathetic, patient-first approach - understanding our users' needs is at the heart of everything we do.
Big plus if you have hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
