By blending behaviour change therapy with our unique technology and an incredible team of passionate employees, we are creating affordable and accessible app-based healthcare programs to tackle conditions such as obesity and type 2 Diabetes.
We are an award-winning and largest digital health provider in Europe. We are rapidly expanding across the UK, Switzerland, Germany, France and now Poland. You will be joining an organization that has treated 500.000 patients to date and is opening a new shared service in Poland to support our global operations.
To support our growing business, we are looking for a Senior Growth Product Designer.
The role

Your goal will be to improve our Oviva Patient Acquisition Funnel to support our patients to experience a smooth land, sign up and onboarding into our Oviva Programme. You will work in a product trio and be responsible for the delivery of the design solution, as well as strategically and conceptually evolving the Acquisition and Onboarding Funnel in close collaboration with the Product Managers and Engineers. A key to the success of this role is to develop a deep understanding of both organisational objectives and users' needs to help optimise our acquisition funnel.
An ideal candidate has 5 years or more of hands-on experience as a growth product designer in a rapidly growing digital company. But if you have a different profile, don't let that stop you: if you are passionate, intelligent, ambitious, have a great team spirit and want to make a difference in one of Europe's leading digital health startups, you should give it a shot and apply. We are looking forward to getting to know you!
