To support our growing business, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Growth Product Manager.
The Role
As Senior Growth Product Manager at Oviva, you will be part of the Product team. You will report to the VP of Product, while working closely with our CRM, Copy Writing and Pathway teams. As Sr. Growth PM, you will play a critical role in driving Oviva’s long-term growth by owning key commercial and patient metrics, with a focus on our represcription process. This position involves creating and executing growth strategies across the represcription funnel, from initial positioning and awareness creation to conversion.

Key responsibilities
Own and Drive Represcription Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to accelerate represcriptions, starting from a compelling long-term positioning to a frictionless prescription journey.
Management and Execution of Strategy: Lead a cross-functional squad as the OKR owner, collaborating closely with CRM, Copywriters, Product, and Clinical Delivery teams to implement and optimize growth strategies.
Advance Insights, Tracking, and Forecasting: Perform deep analyses to enhance our understanding of the patient lifecycle, refine KPIs, and build models that improve forecasting accuracy and performance management.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Core Pathway Growth Managers to ensure an effective and seamless patient journey, maximizing conversion rates and overall business impact.
Stakeholder Management: Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders, leveraging influence and vision to drive project success and strategic alignment.
Your profile
Proven Growth Experience: Demonstrated success in a Growth (Product/Marketing) role, consulting, or BizOps with execution experience in a B2C environment (preferably with mobile, freemium/subscription-based products or behavior-change products).
Data-Driven & Self-Sufficient: Highly proficient in conducting independent analyses, accessing Data Warehouses (DWH) with SQL, building complex models in spreadsheets, and collaborating with Data Science on advanced projects (e.g., propensity models).
Commercial & Financial Acumen: Expertise in financial modelling and a strong understanding of commercial metrics.
Expert in Experimentation & Testing: Skilled in designing and analysing experiments.
Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to lead through vision and influence, effectively driving execution across diverse teams without formal authority.
Language skills: You speak German and English fluently (we work mainly in English, but the position is focused on German-speaking digital therapeutics)
