Job description
Do you have extensive experience in the area of product growth and are you looking for a new challenge? Would you like to contribute to revolutionizing healthcare with your work?
Then Oviva is the right place for you!
Why Oviva?
To build a healthier future for all, our mission is to provide the most accessible and effective care to people living with weight-related conditions. By blending behaviour change therapy with our unique technology and an incredible team of passionate employees, we are creating affordable and accessible app-based healthcare programs to tackle conditions such as obesity and type 2 Diabetes.
We are an award-winning and largest digital health provider in Europe. We are rapidly expanding across the UK, Switzerland, Germany and now Poland. You will be joining an organisation that has treated 700.000 patients to date and is opening a new shared service in Poland to support our global operations.
To support our growing business, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Product Growth Manager.
The Role
As Senior Product Growth Manager at Oviva, you will be part of the DTx (Digital Therapeutics) Pathway Team, which sits within the wider Product Function. You will report to the Head of DTx Pathways, while working closely with our CRM, Copy Writing and Product teams. In this role, you will be responsible for improving the treatment journey as well as patient communication and experience for our DTx product with the ultimate goal to increase our patient lifetime value (LTV). In this position, you will combine analytical and strategic aspects of product growth management with a comprehensive understanding of digital health.
Job requirements
Key responsibilities
The development, implementation and outcomes of pathway growth strategies: Your primary focus is patient engagement and retention, which directly impacts patient LTV and Oviva's overall growth. You will utilise a product mindset to develop hypotheses, design experiments, as well as iterating on them based on empirical findings. All of this by working closely and collaboratively with CRM, copy writers, designer and Product.
Leveraging digital health practices: You will ensure growth strategies align with evidence-based digital therapy approaches and behavior change best practices, working closely with our Clinical Leadership Team.
User data, insights and feedback: You will identify potential opportunities on a continuous basis for improving the treatment journey in collaboration with our data science and BI teams.
Digital Therapeutics Pathway Strategy and Vision: You will actively contribute to our pathway strategy and vision and lead the execution of quarterly goals (OKRs).
Your profile
Product Growth Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience leading and executing product growth strategies, using influence rather than direct authority, in a cross-functional, high-growth environment
Data-driven approach: You have the ability to create and implement measurement and tracking frameworks, conduct A/B testing, and use data-driven insights to develop strategies
Digital health experience: You have experience in the area of digital health/therapeutics or healthcare technologies
Stakeholder Management: You have extensive experience working with various and diverse stakeholders such as product, clinical leadership and clinical delivery
Language skills: You speak German and English fluently (we work mainly in English, but the position is focused on German-speaking digital therapeutics)
What Oviva offers you
Pioneering Impact: Become part of a dedicated team that is revolutionizing healthcare for people with obesity and type 2 diabetes.
Dynamic Culture: Join an environment where creativity and collaboration drive meaningful change.
Competitive Benefits: Enjoy attractive salaries and a flexible work environment that supports your growth and well-being.
