To support our growth, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to attract and hire the best talent for our UK clinical teams. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join a company making a real difference.
The Role
You will lead the full recruitment cycle, collaborating closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent for their teams. Your mission will be to deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care.
Drive High-Volume Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle efficiently, focusing on high-volume hiring to meet the growing needs of our clinical teams.
Collaborate Effectively: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand their requirements and provide expert guidance on attracting the best candidates.
Innovate Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement creative and effective sourcing strategies to engage a diverse pool of candidates.
- Champion Our Employer Brand: Act as a brand ambassador for Oviva, showcasing our values and culture to prospective candidates and enhancing our reputation in the market.
Job requirements
About You
Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, whether in-house or at an agency, with a focus on managing high-volume recruitment.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
