To support our growth and help take our patient engagement to the next level, we are recruiting a Technical Support Engineer with a passion for innovation, process improvements and making a real impact to join us.
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization: Lead large-scale technical projects and process improvements across Oviva’s operations.
Device & Security Management: Oversee COPE devices using Datto, ensuring robust security, comprehensive tracking, and optimized allocation.
Automation Leadership: Streamline employee onboarding and offboarding workflows, automating access rights and account provisioning.
Technical Support Improvement: Manage and resolve technical support backlog and establish effective escalation paths for OCS/OPM and app-related issues.
Non-Conformity Management: Own non-conformity submissions, conduct root cause analyses, and execute CAPA assessments.
Software License Optimization: Ensure cost-effective software license allocation and tracking.
Audit & Compliance: Contribute to ISO, quality, and cybersecurity audits across Oviva locations.
Project Management: Take ownership of cross-functional technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
About You
Tech-Savviness & Resourcefulness: Expertise in MDM tools, security best practices, and problem-solving in technical contexts.
Process Orientation & Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and systematically improve processes ideally in regards to scalable processes in an established tech company.
Effective Communication: Skilled in translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
Language skills: Good German skills would be a big plus.
